We are beginning to get excited about our trip. It is 2 1/2 months away. We are checking on flights and making lists ... so much to do ... hope we remember everything.
Because we are staying more than 90 days in Ecuador we need visitor visas. In order to get a visa you need a return airline ticket and a letter from your bank (they want to know you have enough $$$ to live on down there). It costs $230 US each. If we were going less than 90 days it would cost us nada but that's life.
Lisa will have to get her visa from Montreal because she lives in NS. We get ours from the embassy here in Ottawa so it is easier for us.
